Come celebrate the day that RI ratified the Constitution and became the 13th state. Speakers will be:
Dr. John Concannon – Past President, Gaspee Days Committee on the Burning of the Gaspee
Col. Ron Barnes – Commander, Pawtuxet Rangers on the Pawtuxet Rangers
Dr. Patrick T. Conley – RI Historian on RI ratifying the Constitution
Light refreshments served. Free giveaways of Constitution booklets, flags, pins, etc.
